Looking for a Freq.

Does anybody know where to find Freqs that are awaiting FCC approval. I am looking for the NEW Muscatine Fire freq. From my inside sources they have the new radios installed but are waiting for the GOV to let them use it.

FCC ULS Advanced Search

Go there and enter the city/state and have it search All. That will hit Active, Expired, and most importantly, Pending applications. That should give you a direction to go

I did a search of Dubuque and found lots of City of Dubuque stuff but none of it was listed as trunked.
Is that odd or am I doing it wrong?
