Looking for a Good Pinellas/St. Pete FreeScan File.

Anyone have a good, well organized Pinellas County/St. Pete FreeScan File with detailed and accurate Alpha Tags they care to share? I'd be happy to give you nicely done Public Safety files for Sarasota & Manatee Counties. Would like to add that area to my BCD396XT but, prefer to get a well organized file from someone who knows that area well.
