Is there a comprehensive list of encrypted so I don't waste scanners time looking for nothing?

If you look on the RRDB page for whatever system you're looking for (DE SmartZone I guess), the MODE column tells all. If it's E, avoid it.

The MODE header of the column has a mouseover tooltip that tells you what the codes mean.
