If the agencies where u live are digital, Then u should get yourself a digital scanner, They are nice to have, Even if where u live isn't digital, Because people travel, I bring my digital scanner with me wherever I go, Because it's a trunk-tracker, and does pl/dcs searches, and has a signal strength meter. ALL GREAT FEATURES!!!

Does anyone know where the East Bank JPFD has gone to? Can no longer hear them on their 800 system, but also cannot hear them on the LATIE system either. Are there perhaps some additional freqs added that are not in the database?

At 7am today, JPFD and JP EMS moved to the LATIE system. I have heard FD and EMS on the 201 site and also on the Kenner Med 203 site. JP Fire Alarm dispatch is still active on 453.3250. You can only hear dispatch. I do not always hear them on LATIE when I hear them on 453.3250.
