i have a GMRS repeater, it would be an open repeater to anyone with a GMRS license and would eventually be linked to zello and would be on 462.550/467.550.
i'm looking for a private tower (or city / state / county) owner in or around the city of scottbluff who might be interested in hosting a GMRS repeater. broadband access at the site (for zello RoIP) is a plus but not absolutely necessary.
for ptoential tower site owners, the repeater specs consist of a PD 8 bay folded dipole, 1/2 inch hardline, 8 cavity notch duplexer, 2 port isolator, and a VXR7000 50 Watt Repeater running it's internal controller and will eventually have an allstar link (ASL) controller running on R-Pi 3 linked to zello.
