In a rural area in Texas and getting back into scanning. Only problem is my old freqs don't seem to work anymore. It's only been a couple of years but I'm wondering if they may have went digital. I really don't want to spent $500 on the 396T or 996T. Are there a few scanners that anybody would suggest that I can buy. Right now I have an old Uniden BC 55 XLT, a Realistic Pro 2023 and a handheld Bearcat Sport Cat that I can't find. This one was one of the originals that picked up analog cell phone conversations. Anyone have some ideas?
