Looking for antenna identification...

It's located on the roof of a Lockheed Martin complex near where I go for dinner on occasion. I cropped the photo a little bit, to have a window in the foreground for scale.

As near as I can tell, it's a circular polarized satcomm link (up or down is uncertain), with an az-el rotator on the base. What I'm wondering is, what frequency, what mode, uplink or down, that kind of thing.

It looks to me like it is RHCP and LHCP, which would indicate a bidirectional link. From the apparent size of the dish I'd estimate 1 or 2 GHz (not very precise, I know).
