Looking for CHP Golden Gate Div. Freqs

Hello from Reno!
Heading to Palo Alto in a couple of weeks to pick up a school bus for a friend who bought it at auction and drive it back to NV. Having not been in those parts for a while, I'm wondering if there's a Golden Gate Div. guru who could suggest CHP freqs to program into a RatShack 20-405 (decided not to challenge Murphy's Law by taking my 536) using the route shown below. All I need are the ones up to Stockton; I'm good after that to Truckee. Thanks in advance and Happy 2019!

Your best bet is to go to the CHP section in the database and scroll down to the Golden Gate Division.

Did that... I'm trying to get just the ones I need along the route to minimize traffic... not that familiar with the south end of the Bay.

In order from Altamont to Palo Alto...

CHP Dublin - Khaki 2 (which is at times simulcast with the next channel)
CHP Hayward - Aqua
CHP San Jose - Ruby 2

Stockton 44.92, Dublin 44.94 (simulcasts Hayward, so no need to plug it in), San Jose 42.50, Redwood City 42.08
