Looking for firmware installerfor GRE PSR-410 scanner

Apparently I accidentally wiped out the firmware in my PSR-410 scanner. All I get on its power-on screen is a prompt where it appears to be waiting for the PC to send it a firmware update (see attached photo). I can't seem to get out of this screen. The usual reset sequences don't work because no welcome screen appears. I have purchased the ARC 310 programming software but as far as I know it only handles scan list programming and does not restore the scanner internal firmware.

Where can I get a firmware restoration app for Windows that will talk to the scanner and refresh its firmware?
