looking for frequencie id help

hello while searching in the 150.000 range i came across 151.0400 173.8 tone looked up in a frequencie search its showing for description msp barrack under catogory it shows dot, is this police, it sounds like the police, if they are police where are they patrolling, and in fact are they maryland state police, what do they mean by barrack, thanks for any help

Yeah that frequency (notice the spelling...) is not just SHA, but acts as a translator for one of the MSP barracks. The audio is often over driven, making it sound absolutely horrific at times. Whoever maintains that transmitter deserves to get their fingers fried on the finals...

And juris wise, since nobody really answered that, that's the JFK Barracks, with patrols on I95 from eastern Baltimore County to Delaware. Hence why you hear things like "45 to Highway" when they call dispatch.
