what the title says. i'm disabled and not very mobile anymore.
i'd like to be able to find something i could get results from indoors,
maybe an active loop, not too big.
i'd appreciate any suggestions or recommendations.

Well I'm just a happy amateur so take this with a grain of salt. And as always reception will depend on much more than the antenna. I should also say that I haven't looked into reception of natural radio but mainly focus on VLF. All that said I've been quite successful with using a multiturn loop made from a computer ribbon cable akin to the description here (minus the varicap). Mine is a 20-wire cable but works well on VLF in quieter locations.

Cheers
Philip

Watching - also interested. Could also be useful for portable kit. . .

Deshibo GA800. Can’t compare it with anything - this is my only vlf antenna, but it is small, and I can get a lot on it.
