Looking For Help Programming Pro 106

Hello, I just purchased a new Radio Schack Pro-106, and I was wondering is there anybody that knows how to program the scanner. I live in Maple Grove, Minnesota, Thank you " I have been disabled by a bad car accident, and the scanner helps me to relax, when the pain gets bad. I keep it next to my bed. Thanks Dave

I'd love to help, but I know absolutely nothing about that scanner. I don't think there are too many people with the new RS models yet. I haven't even seen one in person yet.

It programs the same as the GRE PSR-500, which I and a lot of the others are familiar with. If you like, my offer still stands: drop me a pm and I'll give you my win500 file - you can upload it if you have the data cable and a copy of Win500 (registered or the 30-day trial.)

If you're able, you can also try to make it to the scanner meeting later this month. I believe there's a recent thread with the particulars of when and where.

This is my very first post,but I know for sure, if you can get your scanner to the Radio Shack store at Ridgedale,they have preprogrammed Frequencies that they will up-load or down-load into your scanner for you.I will be making the trip out there as I have somehow misplaced my manual. I checked their website and you can download the instruction manual but it is 124 pages. I'm hoping to be able to buy one. This is for the Pro-96.
