Looking For Help Programming Uniden 396 XT

I just purchased a Uniden 396 XT, I had a Uniden 396 T, I forgot a few things in programming the radio.
I was monitoring mostly ' Minneapolis PD,,Hennepin County, Anoka County, and a few in betweens but not that much. I am looking for someone that may be able to give me a hand in programming the radio. 1. get a paid membership so you can download.
2. buy the USB cable,
3. Download and use FreeScann for programming
That should take care of most of your problems...
I know it shure solved most of mine.. then read the Manual, or purchase the new manual and read it till you can recite it word for word...... Good luck..
