looking for icom 208-h cloning software download

Does anyone know where I can download icom 208-h cloning software??I was told to use www.icomcloning.norad.ru , but when I use the site and click onto icom208 a message comes up and says it's invalid or corrupted and doesn't work...I have a software cd but it no longer works so-I looking for a download....

If you have the CD, why can't you use it? Is it destroyed or otherwise inoperable? I'm not trying to be a dick...just wondering.

I have the cd , but it's has a crack and is unable to use...I hate to purchase a new one for $60., if I can download one off the net or someone send me a download...
