Looking for information on a repeater controller

Hello all,

I recently picked up a repeater controller.

It is a Ferritronics RPO3 repeater controller.

I am looking for ANY information on it. Ive been able to get into the programming but i am unable to get the transmitter to key up.

I got this in August and

So if anyone has ANY information on this please let me know.
