Looking for manual for the CTE Spitfire beam

The CTE Spitfire beam manual/instructions is online but in Italian. It was a popular beam so I figure there might be English instructions available.
I posted this in the CB forum as well but this beam as I believe It can be used in 10/11m so thought I would ask here.
