looking for Mil Air Freq.

I Live about 38 miles from Ft Worth and about the same from FtWorth NAS and have all kinds of jets and things flying overhead.. I have tried to get info in the Texas Fourm and got one answer wich was told to get a list from groves.. I just need a few freq to get me started.. Any help would be awsome.. Thanks in advance..
