Looking for Nascar Freqs in p96 file format

I am heading to Watkins Glen this weekend and hate the thought of spending an hour or two fat fingering all the Nascar frequencies into my Pro 96 or even copying and pasting them into Win 96. Has anyone got them already in P96 format that you could post or email to me?
