Looking for OKC assistance to confirm Fed Reserve Bank Branch CAP site number

Hello - my name is Kurt and I live near Denver CO.

Is there anyone on this forum near the Federal Reserve Bank Branch in Oklahoma City (211 N Robinson Ave) who can confirm the Site number for their MotoTRBO CAP system? Should be LCNs 406.6625 and 410.4875

Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Trunking System, Kansas City, Multi-State (radioreference.com)

They should be either Site 3 or Site 4. They are entered into the Radio Reference database as Site 3, but that was just a guess. Now hoping to confirm their Site number and - perhaps - collect their Talkgroups?

Its showing up as Site 4, with neighbors of 1,2 and 3. 406.6625 is active rest channel currently with a color code of 4. I'll see if I can monitor and get any talkgroups, but it's a pretty small range system. If I can confirm the other frequency and color code (supposedly 3), I'll submit changes to the database.
