Looking for Radio System

Well now I'm back in Imperial Co here in California I am looking for an old system I once had but seem to have misplaced it.

One of the freq is 151.190 where I've heard radio traffic ... Dept of Forestry is listed to that freq.
It seems to be a dispatch channel ... I have it as the Firescope System
On dispatch they talk about CMD on 5E tac channel 5G

Does this sound familiar to anyone ???
If you could point me to the system so I can download it again it would be much appreciated

You were hearing CalFire. They have multiple TGs on RCS, and now that they handle dispatch for San Miguel and others, they have patch their CalFire freqs to RCS as needed. The 5E etc are in the RCS list under CalFire Monte Vista.
