Looking for someone to program a radio

Hi all I'm a new member studying for my license, I'm looking for someone local to orange county to program a kt-8900

You may have wanted to post this in the NY forum if you are looking for Orange county. Regardless, it looks like the radio comes with the programmlng cable and software. You should able to program the radio yourself. Use repeaterbook.com or get the ARRL :: Operating :: The ARRL Repeater Directory 2019 -- both will do the job. HTH.
