Perhaps if you tell us what issue you are having, what software you are using, what it isn't doing. Keep in mind this question has been asked multiple times in the past couple of days. Christmas time scanner blues!

Looking for places I can take my scanner to have it programmed near Gastonia NC

There are no local businesses that program scanners. You can check with @ScannerMasterSupport or find someone on here if you have/get programming software for them to send you the file.

Also worth noting... The Charlotte UASI system that the city of Gastonia uses has a lot of simulcast. Specifically the Gaston simulcast sites that you will likely be monitoring. Your scanner isn't designed for handling simulcast. It may work fine in your particular location and it may not. The only way to find out is to try it. Search here on RR for people with simulcast issues if you aren't familiar. As far as programming... I'm a couple hours east of you but if you want to mail it and pay return postage I'll program it for free. Or if you want to buy a programming cable I can send you a file to upload what's local to you.

Also, I'm going to request to have this thread moved to the NC Forum where hopefully someone can chime in an confirm what traffic is on Charlotte UASI and what is on VIPER because I see several talkgroups for Gaston on both systems.

Thanks for the reminder, however...
The software requested was the trial version, not paid version, and OP was only provided the link to it. Everyone else is talking about sending a programming file not the program.

If you download and install ARC500 software, I can give you a file to program your scanner.
