Okay, I am finally deciding this year to ask santa claus for a new digital scanner. What is the best digital scanner to monitor Metro Atlanta agencies that are digital or going digital?

For a handheld model, try the Uniden BCD 396T or the Radio Shack PRO-96.

For a desktop model try the Uniden BCD 996T or the Radio Shack Pro 2096.

The 396 does a great job with the new digital system in Cobb County, also does well with MARTA.
