Looking To Identify A "GMRS" Repeater

I'm wondering if anybody in the Philadelphia (and surrounding areas) is familiar with a "GMRS" repeater at the following:
Listed as "Camelback 575" it was a repeater I had programmed into my HT as I tend to travel up toward the listed repeater site quite a bit. I started picking up traffic on my HT in my home office in Philadelphia and thought that was odd as that repeater is way out from me.

Now, obviously there could be another repeater, unlisted, operating on the same frequency with the same PL tone pair. In all honestly, that is probably the case.

What's odd to me, is that I'll call for a radio check and never get a response (even if there is activity). The folks on the repeater constantly use a three digit identification to the tune of "961 on F-1." This indicates to me that this is not an actual GMRS repeater. I did catch one call sign "WRMS775" that said they were monitoring. I looked it up and it's an expired IG (not ZA) license for a business out of Nevada: ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - WRMS775 - Road Radios.

Just curious if anyone else has stumbled across this or has any information on it. I'm not trying to be a narc or report anyone, just letting my curiosity get the better of me.

Can't edit the original post at this point..

Dummy me, my radio was in "monitor" so the traffic coming through 462.575 (out of the repeater) was showing under the programmed repeater. Scanned the proper tones, everything is hunky dory.

What I did find out was this is an AllStar Linked Repeater operating around the PA/NJ boarder. Most of the users are all active/retired LEO/FIRE.

I'd love to know what the actual club is. They seem to be using "ClearNodes" for their linking.
