All of these are listed under applications in the ULS database....

0002762397 - File Number
TOWER LOC. OUT / IN
Houston: Repeater - 151.0325/159.0600
Base stations for Law 2, Law 3, Fire 1, 2, 3, and HAHERN (Med 1)
LaPorte: Repeater - 151.0400/153.9350
Angleton: Repeater - 159.1875/156.1050
Conroe: Repeater - 156.2400/159.0675
Rosenberg: Repeater - 158.7300/156.1500

Of course, this doesn't cover all of the counties in Starnet's domain, but it is a start!

Waller county DOT I think uses lowband 40 MHz.

Hempstead Repeater : 154.8825/156.0225

I left this one out for some reason......it is also on the application. I do hear waller county txdot on starnet on their talkgroup quite often.

My understanding on TXDOT from someone within the NTTA is that TXDOT is building its own system again. this is Supposed to be IMBE or simular Fully Digital and cover the entire state. Low band licenses eventually dropped. and have the type of radio supirority that DPS will have. TXDOT will come off all trunking systems they are on that aint run by the state (Which is all systems) we'll just have to play wait and see, I guess.

The radios I saw on some guys were XTS-5000. Even the troopers have been carrying more XTS-5000s than the EFJs I first saw them carrying about a year ago. I would guess that any radio purchased by the state MUST have to be digital capable as well as have all 13 interoperability channels. I know the some of our non digital radios have a zone labeled "EMERGENCY" at TDCJ and they have all thirteen (TF1-3, TL1-3, TM1, TA2, VCALL, VTAC1-4)
