Los Angeles County Jail Frequencies?

Hello folks, My Grandson recently won an all expense paid trip to "Pitchess Detention Center" in Castaic. That is run by LA Sheriff, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the scanner codes for them as well as Twin Towers. I know it may be boring, but I am interested on exactly what takes place there.

I have seen this listed for it:

I've never logged these frqs. or seen listed anywhere that someone else has, but they are licensed:

The frequencies used in the jail are on direct. Since they don't go through a repeater you won't hear anything unless you're very close. The way PHR is set up in fact you won't be able to pick up 90% of what is being said. The actual housing areas are placed well in the property and up a canyon.

Pitchess in Castaic uses the following:
483.4125 p/l 131.8 for its primary frequency
483.9375 p/l 1862. for a secondary channel (however very rare use)

it appears they use a repeater, however it is very weak, just strong enough to get through the concrete walls of the dention center.
