The Wayne County Sheriff's Department (Detroit) did a very good one as well (and the dispatcher didn't crack up midway through haha).

Very cool...
A CAL FIRE ECC (which shall remain nameless) played "Jingle Bells" on the DTMF paging encoder during morning report on 12-25. It was priceless, considering how straight-laced they normally are.
