Los Angeles Metro Bus Supervisor Subarban

I was driving in 101 south bond at West valley today and i saw two los Angeles Metro Bus chevy suburban in white color,and i asume it was a supervisor vehicles,any ways i noticed obove the brake lights, Amber LED strobe lights with very nice housing,i was wondering if any body knows who makes those lights.
