I have a territory that covers eastern NC ( Fayetteville, Goldsboro, New Bern, Jacksonville, Wilmington) and SC
( Florence and Myrtle ).
I subscribed to RR, selected the counties, hit watch. Then plugged my bct15 in and kinda did the deal again.
My old pro-2024 is reporting the sheriffs.
My 15 is quiet.
Can someone humor me and give me a step by step?
I searched and came up negative and know you get this daily. Sorry.

A little more information is needed here. How did you program your BCT15? By hand or software? If by software, what package? 'did the deal again' is very vague.

When questions like this arise, sometimes the first thing to do is to dump the programming and post it. I'm sure someone will be able to spot the problem.

NCBMDUB - Reading your question, it seemed (to me) you were saying that you set some of the counties to "watch" on your RadioReference page ... then expected something to happen on the BCT15.

If that's the case, we can help you get on-track.
