Lost Police reception

A few weeks back my scanner stopped picking up police transmission . Have heard that changes were coming so I upgraded my antenna and reprogramed my scanner. still nothing, any thoughts or advice . Thanks

Perhaps they upgraded and/or moved to a different frequency.

I was about to post it. You beat me to it. Look under 1-008 & 1-059 those are the 2 sites for that county and scroll to Porter IN and you'll see the TalkGroups

I have programed my bearcat BCD536HP using the sentinel software

I see the difference in the frequency numbers from what I have and the ones listed in 1-008 and 1-059 . bet that's what I will have to manually program into the scanner.

It is a trunking system. You'll need to make a Trunk System and put those freqs in for each site. Make sure you put P25 Trunk
