I am not getting any talk by the RCMP on my Pro96 in Regina the last two days. It shows the talk ID but I don't hear anything. I can pick up some communications when I run a seach. Any idea what might have changed in the past couple days?

I'm picking everything up fine here with my BCD396T. No difficulties monitoring. Could it be a problem with your scanner?

Doing this to my dad as well with his pro96 so I don't think it's the scanner. Was tracking everything great with the custom tables entered but maybe something changed with the muli table. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I also think my dad is having trouble suddenly with his GRS500.

Control channel changed to 139.1400 last week. Try adjusting the custom table to that frequency.

When scan stops on a talkgroup there is no audio. If I manually go channel it receives just fine. It is receiving the talkgroups but not giving me any audio thru the speaker. Anyone know what the new custom tables would be to fix this issue for my Pro 96?

I'm really not sure there. I've never used a Pro-96 or any of the custom tables.

Hopefully someone else can chime in here? Mobile1 if you're still around?

I am not sure how many towers there are. But I would hazard a guess at more than 150 towers for the whole province. I'll see what I can find out.

It's not a big deal, I thought if you knew off the top of your head. I'm sure they have lots. Hmm.... I just heard ID-177 and it is encrypted. Never heard that before.

Try adding another Identifier.

Thanks for your help, I will try adding this and let you know how I make out.

Tried adding a new table but continue having the same issue with my Pro96. My dad also says he is not picking up any RCMP in Regina recently with his GRE 500. Has something changed or is anyone else having problems picking up RCMP in Regina?

RCMP control channels

When I upload the control channels, the GRE PSR-500 changes the 138.140 to 138.0375 when you save it. I am not sure if the mapping has changed, but I think this explains why RCMP are quiet now for us. Does anyone know why the PSR-500 would do this, or is it the ARC-500 software that might be causing the issue???

The scanner should be ok with .0375. However, at bottom of ARC Global Settings Expert tab make a check in box next to Flexstep.
