lost the preprograms

was following instructions that came with gre psr500 and lost preprograms that came with radio. do I have to manualy program these now? thanks

No.
Make sure your scanner is turned off.
Press the 0 button, then the 1 button with one hand and at the same time turn on the radio. Your defaults should return.

hey thanks, I sent radio back, they will perform diagnostic test. I did what you said about 0, 1 it came back to a place I did not recognize. I really messd the radio up, hopefully they will fix problem.
