Lots of strange military activity in SA

I was playing in a football ball game on Wednesday and when I was standing on the the sideline I looked up and saw military Jets flying in a triangle formation which is awkward because they never do that then the next day while I was eating dinner I check Flightradar24 and saw aircraft from Kelly field flying at 8pm which is unusual because they usually practice in the afternoon but at Randolph not lackland and today a big Boeing stratotanker took off from lackland which is weird and there are also some Jets coming from Dallas and flying the Mexico border. And ideas or frequencies I should monitor?

I see them all the time. They don't fly out of JBSA-Randolph so I don't do any thing with them.
