Loudoun County Phase 2

Apparently Loudoun County is turning off "dynamic dual mode" and changing all their talkgroups to TDMA effective July 1, 2021. If anyone was holding out on buying a Phase 2-capable radio, time is up.

Good for them. DDM is handy for transitioning from older subscribers that are only capable of FDMA, but at some point you have to get with the times and maximize channel efficiency. Agencies inside and outside the county have had plenty of time to purchase TDMA capable subscribers.
