Loudoun County System on BCT8

Has anyone successfully trunked this system on a BCT8?. I am on E2-800 Control Channel Only with Plan 3. I have entered the control channel and backups frequencies along with the ID's. I can see the ID's scan but no reception. When I hold on the control channel I get a loud buzz. This is my first shot at trunk programming so I must be doing something simple wrong,

By searching on BCT8 I see a lot of people are having trouble understanding the manual because of holes in the directions.

Wrong radio for the wrong system, sorry to say. According to the database, it's a mixed mode digital system. There are 3 analog talkgroups - everything else is either encrypted (no scanner will handle it) or digital.

Only the scanners listed here would be able to handle the unencyrpted digital tgs;
