Loudoun - Sterling Area TAC3

Anyone know what was going on today? About 1:30~2:30PM today I heard a lot of Sheriff units in the area of RT28 using TAC3. It sounded like an escort at first but then sounded like someone being followed. On the way home at about 4:30PM, I heard them what sounded like wrapping everything up and moving communications back to the East channel. One deputy (?) tell the other that he needs to make sure to get a legitimate traffic stop on a subject.

Not 100% sure but I think it was either an motor squad escort of some sort or motor squad training. At anyrate there was traffic about Fairfax County Motor Units being on this talkgroup with Loudoun County motors and no need for a dispatcher to monitor. That traffic was made on the east end talkgroup.
