The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Motorola, Inc. to provide installation of, and ancillary components for, a narrowband radio communications system. Motorola, Inc. is the only source that can supply a narrowband radio system that is approved for Government use, meets the NTIA standards, and is Project 25 compliant.
