suspect unknown is the suspect is holding any one at this time.

I just heard that the individual that is holed up appears to have a
hostage with him and police have established communications with

The situation in Baton Rouge is over and has ended peacefully. The
subject who was holding his wife and child hostage surrendered with
out incident and was taken into custody by Baton Rouge Police.
