Loveland Fort Collins tower sites

Does anyone know the specific sites of the APCO 25 system towers that serve Loveland/Fort Collins? I belive that there are 6-8 sites and know the obvious, ie: Horsetooth, Bald Mt. and assume that Mead is on top of the hill along I-25, although that may be a bad assumption. I am having difficluty receiving one of the Ft. Collins control freq. sites in Loveland. I was wondering were it was located and have since ordered a Seeker-800 gain antenna. Any specifics on Loveland 1, Loveland 2, etc would be appreciated.

Horsetooth Mtn (West of Fort Collins)
Buckhorn Mtn (West of Fort Collins)
Bald Mtn (West of Loveland)
Loveland Central (Downtown Loveland)
PVH (Downtown Fort Collins)
Mead (Along I-25, Weld/Boulder countyline)
Prospect Mtn (Downtown Estes Park)

Then Greeley has Greeley South, Greeley Central and Point of Rocks.
