I thought Love Park PD was up to something when about a month ago they had there officers switch over to I believe it was one of the Winnebago County frequencies one night for a few hours.

Early this morning around 400am Loves Park Officers was told to switch to TAC 3 which is Winnebago County East frequency and the Loves Park frequency which is Winnebago Sherrif C2 155.1900 was doing testing. So maybe there getting ready to make the move to Starcom?

Around the time of the big Hell's Angels to-do in Rockford a few weeks ago, there was testing heard on SC21 by RIDs in the 97xxx and 98xxx range. I believe this was primarily on TG 3451. At one point, one the users said he was in what sounded like the "NPPD" or "MPPD" stairway. FWIW, 95xxx RIDs (believed to be public safety units at Rock Valley College in Rockford) have been using TG 3421.
