Lowell Police?

Just wondering for those that monitor Lowell, Mass Police if lately they have been encrypted more this weekend? Normally I hear them all teh time but lately, the last 2 days, a few cars are clear, but other are garbled, assuming the transmission is encrypted. Was thinking it was my radio, but have 2 of them now and both do it so it must be on their end. Anyone else noticed this lately? I haven't heard the garbling all week until today and yesterday. Thanks

I've heard it while listening to Broadcastify, It seems like on some days dispatch is gargled, and some days they are perfectly clear.

Hi, even this weekend, both Lowell and Nashua PD and FD were kinda garbled. Normally the P25 setting of 8 is fine for both of them, but when I changed it to Auto over the weekend, Nashua was all over the place, anywhere from 7 to 25+ and even Lowell was a bit wacky but not as bad. Seems ok today thou.

I listen to Lowell at the bench, haven't noticed any ENC, seem to be their usual busy
