Note that the frequency has been reported a touch off of 15476 USB, so don't expect it to be exact. This is not an easy catch by any means; folks typically get on a Brazilian Kiwi site to hear it (Paradinho - if I got the spelling close- comes to mind). Expect it to max out on users from time to time. You have a 3 hour window so if you don't get it immediately try later. Remember that there are other web radios you can try, and they have links here...

They do QSL, although as you can imagine, it takes time to get anything from the Antarctic. Transmissions are in Spanish, as you would expect. Good Luck to everyone trying for this...Mike

A bit late but it gives you some idea of what you heard - if you were lucky enough to hear them - and more importantly, gives the gov.ar email address that was reported earlier

=======
From the second Saturday of August, LRA 36 probably will be on air every Saturday, 15476 USB mode, repeating the Wednesday's program "Corazón Antártico". It has to be decided if it will be on air the two hours of the show "Corazón Antártico", or 24 hours, with the show and music, like the last USB transmission.

On Wednesday, July 29, there will be no program, like the past July 15 and 22, due to announcer's holiday. Next "Corazón Antártico" program will be on air on Wednesday August 5.

The staff of LRA 36 are replying all the reception report received. It will take them several days to answer all of them.
