LSP in Lafayette

I'm trying to figure out for a friend of mine which tower he should be listening to on the statewide system for LSP comms in Lafayette, given that i'm not from the area i'm having lots of trouble since i'm not familiar with the locations. If someone could help me out with it, i'd appreciate it greatly.

He is having trouble getting either of those towers to come in, any other suggestions/advice i caan give him on the subject? I realize that it may be due to his location in Lafayette and sorrounding obstacles, etc...

Depending on where you live in Lafayette, you are pretty much right in the middle of the two towers. I have trouble picking up both towers, depending on my location in Lafayette (mobile). If he is using his scanner at his house, getting an external antenna, or just a better one will probably do the trick. If he is using it mobile, it will be a little bit harder to pick them up with a strong signal.
