Noticed sometimes i hear the weak signal garble from the site i get it full scale tho at my work sometimes i hear dispatcher garble but ems fire or pd they will be a carrier but no audio dispatcher say 10-4 i didnt hear nothing but they do sometimes i hear People clear that dispatcher says they cant understand then i heard them clear using pro668

Problem figured out it's where I had the scanner I have it sitting by the window at work I get the control Channel really strong in a certain spot but the transmit Channel or frequency that whoever's talking on might be weaker and it's not allowing audio to pass through that's the only thing about 800 megahertz one frequency comes in good and you always got one that's always staticy or fluttery and in the case of digital you just don't hear nothing LOL that's life

good deal, sound like weak antenna, you need to setup a vertical or grouplane outside your work
