LTR Passport recommendations?

I'm trying to decode talkgroups/users/etc on our local LTR Passport system
Government of Newfoundland & Labrador (GNL) Transportation Trunking System, Provincewide, Newfoundland and Labrador - Scanner Frequencies

What's the best way to go about it?

I have a stock Uniden BC346XT and a tapped Uniden BC350A.

The LTRTrunk program will allow trunktracking of a passport system but it takes some work. Do a search on this site for setting up LTRTrunk.
