LTR system using marine band

got bored and started playing around with some of the searches in my radio. I've come across an LTR based system that's using some of the marine band channels. FCC ULS search turns up nothing (doesn't surprise me), and I thought they weren't allowed to use marine band on land (not to mention it sounds like a standard business and not a marine based operation). Anyone have a clue as to what/who this is? Here's what I've mapped so far:

LCN3 161.800
LCN5 161.875
LCN7 161.900
LCN8 161.850

In some inland areas (away from the Oceans, Gulf, and Great Lakes), Marine channels may be used for other purposes.

Maybe it's one of these systems:

I don't think it's that exact system, but after listening for a bit, I'd bet that it's another one of Colorado Callcomm's systems. There are a bunch of differents TGs and they seem to be a mix of different businesses, which appears to fit how Callcomm operates.
