LTRTrunk priority problem

I have a setup running Eric C's LTRTrunk beta 3

The problem is with a priority >50 talkgroup not allowing the tracking scanner to follow a <50 talkgroup. (50 is the threshold). The 2nd scanner shows my trunkscanpark frequency (868.0000) and is quiet when it should be passing audio over the active freq.

example:
PD is priority 51 and are talking. No audio passes. The FD is priority 01 and when they start talking the active channel switches from PD to FD and the audio comes through .... perfect. But then the PD replies to the traffic and the FD audio is shut off and the tracking radio goes to the SCANPARK freq.

The radio ID's are all set to "0". Does the radio priority affect the talkgroup priority?

I looked through the manual for Trunker/Etrunk and cannot find an answer.

FYI,
After tapping the LTR output of a EF Johnson radio and getting much better signal %, I am leaning toward the priority issue being related to signal strength as the problem has cleared up. A Motorola Maxtrac with a regular discriminator tap works well too but the EFJ is outstanding.
