Lubrizol TRS Question

Hoping I'm not duplicating a previous thread with this.

I am attempting to monitor Lubrizol, Inc (2) in Lake county which is a Motorola Type II trunked system. Long story short, I was there for an interview and before I was there I programmed the frequencies in to my PRO-197 and was hearing radio traffic on their handheld radios but was not picking them up on the scanner. Any suggestions or ideas on this? The RR link for the system in question is below.

I've heard that the two Lubrizol Smartnet systems were switching to a networked MotoTRBO system, the new emission designators on their license support the rumor.

While I can't confirm that Lubrizol went to TRBO, I can confirm that they did change radios a little while ago.
