When will Lucas County MARCS start to get more traffic on it? Post 48 is taking for ever to swicth... there is almost never traffic on 16064.

I'm wondering if NWO SKYWARN will be using MARCS to talk to Cleveland Weather this year.
I used to have the frequency for the 2M link to the 6M backbone but I lost it and every Ham I ask says they can't give it out.
It sure was nice to be able to hear "District 1, the forecasters are currently typing a tornado warning for X county, details to follow."

I hate to break if to those HAMs. But, all Amateur radio frequencies are public information and they can't claim that they "can't give it out". Since the frequencies that they use are not Federal or Military, they can give it out. It sounds like they choose not to for whatever reason. They must think it's top secret stuff or something.
I have no problem giving it out.

There is a 2M link in the Toledo area that goes to the 52.6800 backbone, I think it was 145 or 146 something. District 1 uses it to communicate with Cleveland Weather.
