Lucas County MARCS

I was wondering if anyone in Lucas County has a digital scanner and has monitored the Lucas County sytem yet, lemme know.

What kind of things did you hear? I know that Toledo Corr. Institue is operating on the system already and I'm not sure when 48 is going to move.
